When your opponent merges units, the charged Tesla has a 50% chance of becoming overcharged and gaining a shield against negative effects for 10 seconds
Tesla has a 35% chance to spawn fully charged.
When a charge is received, there is a 30% chance of the Tesla getting an extra charge
The chance of a critical attack from a charged Tesla is increased by 3%, and by 6% from an overloaded Tesla.
When Charged, Tesla periodically inflicts damage equal to his attack to 5 random monsters, and when Overcharged, he also briefly paralyzes them.
Charges above the limit are sent to a random non-overcharged Tesla in the field. A charged Tesla has a 15% chance of dealing repeat damage to the first target. An overcharged one has a 30% chance of doing this.
